With the summer heat, there is nothing better than a fruit popsicle homemade. When we eat a packaged popsicle, we ingest preservatives and dyes. This will not happen if we prepare our popsicles, let alone the production of waste such as packaging and the packaging of the popsicle itself. No ice cream machine is needed, nor for ice cream, all you need are some genuine ingredients.

How to make homemade popsicles, the preparation
The first thing to do is prepare a syrup with fruit juice (lemon juice, or strawberry juice). After blending the strawberries or pressing the lemon, place a saucepan containing water and sugar on the stove. Melt the sugar, remove the mixture from the heat, let it cool and add your juice.

Mix well and filter everything in a colander in order to remove any unhomogenized pieces of fruit. At this point your popsicle is ready, or rather, it will just have to take shape in your freezer! For this operation you can use special molds or simply silver paper. Among the easiest molds to find, there are silicone ones. In this case you have to use ice cream sticks and place them in the center of your popsicle with the help of an aluminum paper cord.
